Christopher M. Nichols, Senior Vice President and Accounting Officer
Mr. Nichols is currently Senior Vice President and Accounting Officer of Berkshire Property Advisors and Berkshire Income Realty, Inc. where he is responsible for accounting and financial reporting for Berkshire's publicly traded REIT. Mr. Nichols previously served as Vice President and Controller since July 2002 and Accounting Officer since 2005. Mr. Nichols joined Berkshire in 1999 as the Assistant Corporate Controller. From 1997 to 1999, Mr. Nichols served as the Accounting manager and then as the Corporate Controller for Mac–Gray Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed company. At Mac–Gray, Mr. Nichols was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting systems. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Nichols worked as a Senior Staff Auditor for Mullen & Company. Mr. Nichols received a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College and holds an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems and in Electrical Engineering and is a Certified Public Accountant.
