Jack Dent, Vice President, Asset Management
Mr. Dent joined Berkshire in the Asset Management Department in August of 2007. He has extensive asset and property management experience and oversees all assets in the Berkshire Income Realty and APTCO portfolios.
Mr. Dent has 23 years real estate and finance experience with the last 16 years in the multifamily industry. Before joining Berkshire, Mr. Dent served as CEO of Sagebrush Capital Holdings from 2006 to 2007, President of Village Green Management Company overseeing 30,000 units from 2002 to 2006, Senior Vice President of Asset Management for JPI Partners, LLC from 1999 to 2002, and Vice President of Asset Management for Insignia Financial Group from 1994 to 1999.
Mr. Dent received a BS in U.S. History from Washington and Lee University. He has served on the Board of Directors of the National Multifamily Housing Council and on the Board of Directors of the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Apartment Association.
