I recently celebrated my 20th year with Berkshire and with this milestone event I reflected on so many opportunities that Berkshire has given to me. I began my career as a leasing consultant and quickly moved through the ranks, being promoted to a District Manager, six years later. The last 14 years, I have enjoyed being in the position of Training Director, a perfect fit for me.
