Recently we have sponsored two discretionary value added institutional multifamily funds: Berkshire Multifamily Value Fund and Berkshire Multifamily Value Fund II. Total combined capitalization is expected to exceed $3 billion.
We also operate an externally advised multifamily REIT, Berkshire Income Realty (BIR). Total capitalization of Berkshire Income Realty is approximately $800 million.
